Return Policy – Damaged Items During Transit

At Stimulusbyrazzi, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring they reach you in perfect condition. However, if your frame is damaged during transit, we aim to make the return or replacement process as seamless and hassle-free as possible.

What to Do If Your Frame is Damaged:

1.        Contact Us Immediately:
Please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at stimulusbyrazzi@gmail.com or through our contact page. 

2.        Provide Photos:
To speed up the process, kindly include clear photos of the damaged frame and the packaging. This helps us assess the issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

3.        Return Shipping:
If your frame is damaged, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs related to the return or replacement of the frame.

4.        Replacement or Refund:
Once we receive the damaged frame, we will either:

·         Send a replacement frame at no extra cost, or

·         Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

5.        Conditions:

·         Returns will only be accepted for items that were damaged during shipping.

·         We do not accept returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind.

·         Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe return transit.
